	Kennels - Dog Accommodation Lake Adams Pet Resort’s kennels are world class and all our staff are caring, loving people who have a genuine love of animals. At Lake Adams Pet Resort we cater for all breeds of dogs, great and small. Dogs at Lake Adams Pet Resort are accommodated in large brick runs, not small cages. They have access all day to their own outdoor courtyard, all pens have heating or airconditioning depending on the time of the year. All accommodation is secure and fully enclosed for added security. Dogs are groomed and exercised every day in our large exercise yards, as this is an essential daily requirement for your dog’s health and well being. If you would like your pet to have a playmate they can be exercised with another under the supervision of our experienced staff. Only dogs of the same temperament and size are exercised together. Soothing music is played throughout the kennels. All runs are undercover to provide shelter from the elements. Dog pens are approximately 6.5sqm and open directly to the secure exercise yards with 450sqm of soft grass. The runs are all well lit with natural light and there is plenty of fresh air at all times. All runs have rear sleeping quarters and dogs are located inside for sleep time. We pride ourselves on providing a bright and fun environment with impeccable cleanliness. Your pet will not get time to be bored, they will be spoilt with heaps of love and attention during the day by our caring staff and with the added option of you creating your dogs very own personalised activity schedule with K9 Hikes, Playtimes, Snuggle Times and Busy Bones.
	Food & Feeding Dogs are fed daily on quality food such as Tuckertime Rolls and Premium dry food - we use Supercoat or Advance biscuits. Should your pet be on special food please bring it in and it will be given as requested. If in the event that we find your dog to be super fussy we will do everything to make sure they eat. You can rest assured; No animal goes hungry at Lake Adams Pet Resort. There is always plenty of fresh water provided.
	Requirements All dogs boarding or Doggy Daycaring at Lake Adams Pet Resort must be fully vaccinated with a current C3 vaccination. (C5 recommended) A Current vaccination certificate must be sighted upon entry and annually as updated. Should your dog require a vaccination or booster please do so 2 weeks prior to boarding. We also ask that all dogs be treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival. Should you run short of time, we can flea treat your dog with Advantage (back of neck product) upon arrival for no charge, ensuring your dog and our facilities remain pest free.
	Special Needs Dogs Dogs requiring special attention for any reason, old age, blind, deaf, arthritis etc are welcome. Procedures are in place to cater for such animals so their stay is as enjoyable as their fellow canine friends.
	Hydrobathing A complementary hydrobath before departure is available for all dogs whilst boarding. Dogs boarding for long term (4 weeks or more) receive complementary hydrobaths every 2 weeks or as required.
	Veterinary Care Should the need arise, we have access to several veterinarians in the area who offer prompt service in the case of an emergency. In any instance you or your emergency contact will be contacted immediately and your preferred veterinarian will be consulted first.
